Thoughts That Breathe
for hours I've been searchin'
of this famous art and wonderin'
where, how can I find
the greatest art so amazing?
lots of books scattered
open tabs in google search
still upset, results not met
how, why? any clue you can give?
as I lie on my back
staring at the ceiling
memories flashback
when I was young
I had this masterpiece of mine
a portrait of myself in front of easel
and soon I realized
I went out and look to the sky
I worshiped God and sing out loud
How great thou art oh God
It is me your greatest art!
Vincent Van Gogh Self Portraits
"I purposely bought a mirror good enough to enable me to work from my image in default of a model, because if I can manage to paint the colouring of my own head, which is not to be done without some difficulty, I shall likewise be able to paint the heads of other good souls, men and women.”

You are fearfully and wonderfully made and God chose you even before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless. How marvelous God is and truly He is great and greatly to be praised. Have a blessed Sunday.

ReplyDelete"How Great Thou Art" is one of my best Church hymn which I used to sing in every activity we have had at the Church.
ReplyDeleteThe following lyrics which I like best:
O Lord my God! When I in awesome wonder/
Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made./
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,/
Thy power throughout the universe displayed.
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee;/
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!/
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:/
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
